Service is subject to availability and technical testing
One time service activation fee of RM75 will be charged upon service activation. Customers need to pay installation fee of RM88 to TM Net’s registered installer upon successful installation (Subject to change).
Minimum subscription period is 12 months.
Modem will be provided for the SOHO, Streamyx Enterprise and Streamyx Corporate package.
The 1st bill received will include one-time service activation fee of RM75, one-month subscription fee (from the date of service activation) and advance charge of monthly subscription fee.
Customer is NOT ALLOWED to change the package or the service installation number before installation of the service. Otherwise, customer may cancel the application and reapply in the future.
For those who subscribe to the Streamyx Basic 384k (without modem) - RM20, Streamyx Basic 512k (without modem) - RM44, Streamyx Basic 512k (without modem) - RM66 or Streamyx Basic 1.0M (without modem) - RM88 package, the modem could be purchased at Creative IT Solutions Avenue Sdn Bhd.
For Streamyx Basic 384k (without modem) - RM20 and Streamyx Basic 512k (without modem) - RM44, the customer have an optional either they want to rent a modem or want to buy a modem. If the customer want to rent it, so customer have to pay extra RM 5 per month and the subscription period will be 24 months.
