BACKGROUND
(CISASB) grew from Creative Telecommunication Enterprise (CTE). CTE, a Sole Proprietor Company formed in Sept 1994. CTE was awarded the Ministry Of Finance Contractors License in 1996. CTE mainly handles contracts from the government agencies, because they require their contractors to be certified by the Ministry of Finance. Since then, CTE is proud to be recognised as a reliable contractor to the government agencies and has since been successfully delivering government contracts all these years of our operations.
In 2002, CISASB was established with the purpose to inject more capital by selling CTE shares to new partners. CISASB has widened her scopes to cater for more diversified customers' services to meet IT requirement in the 21 st Century.
Since ICT Services companies in Malaysia do not have to obtain any "License to Operate" from the Trade Ministry based on Skills and Business Ethics, CTE and CISASB are formed with vision and very focus to provide excellence service and support..
In 2003, we have decided to maintain CTE to continually trade with government agencies and CISASB will trade with all non-government agencies.
Since then, we have widened our scope to also provide services related to Computers, Office Automation, mobile communication applications and life-styles equipment that have closed the gaps with IT devices.
The evolution in CTE/CISASB since its inception has accelerated to a renowned IT Services Provider with IT outsourcing solutions to support other leaders in Information Technology in our local communities. A strategic alliance with key industry players strengthens our capability and reliability ensuring customers get the best of IT to stay ahead.
CTE/CISASB will continuously adapt to new phases in the information era to enable us to be highly responsive to market changes, meeting customer's requirement and providing value-added solutions.
