Creative IT Solutions Avenue Sendirian Berhad is established and had been operating since September 1994.
We are a Systems Integrator – we consult, customise and build.
We cover areas of ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) and IOT (Internet of Things).
We are Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TMB)’s vendor since 1994. We are also a vendor of ASTRO (MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd) since 1996. We joined TMB’s contractors to provide services of infrastructure building and to be installers of Streamyx and Unifi since 2003.
Our Mission
Our current mission is to actively develop, build and sell, niche SMART HOME PRODUCTS based on IOT, especially for Energy Saving, Security and Health Care.
SMART HOME shall also require us to develop, build complement Video Surveillance and Monitoring Systems thus we are expanding our CCTV division to embrace available state of the art technologies example Facial Recognition and A.I. back-end security 24 x 7 alert system.
Definitions
ELV = Extra Low Voltage
ELV refers to the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) extra-low voltage system deployed in residential and commercial buildings for the purposes of better control and security. Our job scope includes Telecommunications, Electricals, Electronics Automations, viz. P.A.B.X., Receptionist headsets, Call Centres, Auto-attendant System, IP Digital Phone System, Intercom System, External Telephony Infra, I.P.T.V., M.A.T.V., S.M.A.T.V., Video Intercom, Audio/Video Tele-Conference System, Public Address System, Background Music System, Sensors & Alarm system, Bio-metric Entry, Attendance System, C.C.T.V., Security Access Entry, Gentry, Video Face Recognition System, Intranet Structured Cabling System.
ICT = Information and Communication Technologies.
ICT refers to technologies that provide access to information through telecommunications. It is similar to Information Technology (IT), but focuses primarily on communication technologies. In this scope, we integrate Software (IT) with our hardware. PMS (Property Management System) is one example. VPN & remote branches operation is another example. Supply and install of LED Projectors, Computer Systems, Networking (LAN & Wi-Fi LAN).
IOT = Internet of Things / Intranet of Things
Since 2017, IOT has taken the world by storm with Billions of Dollars (USD$) of investment and Sales because the platform is very conducive and stable now. We, no longer have to spend hundreds of thousands of monies to lay expensive cables and also to buy expensive hardware because old technologies are not practical now, ugly cabling dangling about, cumbersome to install and hence required certified, licensed & authorised expensive experts to install and configure inclination to total inflexibility for users/owners.
